July License Plate ReportJuly 31, 2009 I-OW-A. Maybe if I spell it in ALL CAPS and draw out the syllables, it'll look more impressive? Maybe not. I thought I saw Hawaii going down the Beach Road, but I wouldn't swear to it. My certainty was at best 75 percent and probably less. Not good enough. Gotta keep the game honest. Cheating at the license plate game is like cheating at solitaire. That makes 38 for the year.
