I Am Asleep! (by Rhodry)February 14, 2007 Susanna said, "Where is my sleepy puppy?" I did not say anything. I am asleep! It is very dark and rainy. When it is dark I am asleep. When it is light I am awake. Susanna said, "Lunchtime for the puppy!" Lunchtime is outside. I do not want to go out! Susanna came and said, "Are you a dead puppy?" I am not a dead puppy! I am asleep! Sometimes Susanna sits in a chair for a long time. I get a toy. She says, "Not now, Rhodry. I have to work." That means she is asleep and awake at the same time. I am working! If Susanna gets a cookie, I will wake up. Your friend, Rhodry
